Hi there!  Happy Happy Friday!  Hope you had a great week.  Any fun plans for the weekend?  I have the Bodypump 103 launch at my local gym on Saturday and a Breast Cancer Awareness CycleBar donation ride on Sunday.  Looking forward to fun workouts and yummy food, follow along on Instagram.  And now the real reason you stopped by the blog today, all the things I’ve been loving lately including new to me wines, my latest Rocksbox set, and other Friday Favorites.

Natura Wines

The team at Natura Wines was kind enough to send me some of their Organic Wines to try for myself.  I told them I prefer dry wines and was sent a bottle of Cabernet and Chardonnay, two of my favorites.

Natura Wines

Natura is the #1 imported organically wine brand and is produced by Emiliana Organic Vineyards, the worlds leading organic winery in Chili’s central valley.  Natura’s vineyards are pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer free, yay NO Chemicals.  To be honest, I never even thought about how the grapes used to make my wine could contain chemicals.  I do my best to purchase mostly organic meat and produce, and need to think the same when it comes to wine!

Natura Wine and Charcuterie

The Best part about all of Natura’s Wines are they are certified organic, vegan friendly, and typically retail for about $10, totally affordable!  I rarely ever spend much more than that for a bottle of wine.

Natura Organic Wines

And what better way to enjoy a bottle of Organic Wine than on a cool Fall day or evening with a charcuterie board.  I love pairing one cheddar with one soft cheese such as brie.  The cheddar always tastes good with a meat and the Cabernet wine.  And the soft cheese with fruit and the Chardonnay.  I’m no wine pairing expert, but these combos are always a win in our house.

Natura Organic Cabernet Wine

And now that the leaves are changing and the Fall breeze is in the air, I think it’d be so fun to spend the day outside or at a park with a picnic and a bottle of your favorite Natural Wine.  Cheers!

Latest Rocksbox Set

This is my fifth Rocksbox set, you can view my previous sets hereherehere and, here.  From my last set I couldn’t part with and decided to purchase this Kendra Scott Elton Bracelet in Gold.

Rocksbox Designer Jewelry subscription box

Rocksbox is a designer jewelry membership program.  You get three hand selected jewelry pieces from over 30 designers delivered to your door based off items on your wish list.   You can keep the pieces for as long as you want.  When you’re ready to change them out you just return the box to receive a new set. You could also choose to purchase a piece and the monthly membership fee is applied as a credit each month.  It reminds me a lot of “Rent The Runway”, but for jewelry.  I truly think having a new jewelry piece completely transforms an outfit.

If you’d like to try a FREE month of Rocksbox use my code:  sweetandstrongblogxoxo at checkout.  It also makes a great gift if you have any friends or family birthdays coming up.

Perry Street Bree Statement Necklace in Gold

I’m obsessed with every piece in this set.  I’ve been wearing the ring daily and can’t wait to style the necklace and earrings on a night out.

Swanson Pantry Essentials

I was given the opportunity to try and review some of Swanson’s Health Products.  They are known for their probiotic supplements, so I decided to try one of them.  I’ve been wanting to take a probiotic regularly, but honestly feel like there are so many to choose from and I get lost when researching.  I’m eager to see how these work for me.

Swanson Health Food Products

I also decided to get some organic chili powder (I realized recently some brands such as my local grocery store add yucky preservatives to their chili powder).

I want to start cooking more with avocado oil because I believe in changing things up from traditional olive oil.  Flaxseed is one of my pantry staples that I use in energy bite recipes or add to morning oatmeal.  And they had a nice selection of teas, with the winter months coming I picked a Chamomile tea, to help me relax and sleep at night.

Sweet and Strong Community Facebook Group

Last week I shared that I started a Sweet and Strong Community Facebook Group.  The group is for any and everyone!  Especially if you want to chat all things food, fitness, and balancing a healthy lifestyle.  Or if you have questions you’re not comfortable asking on the blog.  I hope you all join the group so we can interact:  Sweet and Strong Community.

I want to try all of these Healthy Fall Salads.

How to Eat to Prevent a Painful Period, this was SO interesting.  I hate taking Tylenol for cramps and would love to experiment more with food to heal painful periods naturally.

Yes I’ve had some fancy higher priced wines and they all seem to taste the same to me.

A body pump launch sounds so fun! I don’t know much about organic wines, but share with us how they are. I can’t wait until I can have wine again 🙂

Yes even though I wear workout clothes to work, I always love having rings on. And I love trying new ones too. Going to a tasting is one of my favorite things.

That bracelet is so pretty. 🙂 My husband and I enjoy going to wineries but I don’t think we ever had organic wine.

Start with something sweet like a white or red blend and go from there. I never used to like it in college, but now it’s definitely my drink of choice.

Trie story: I’ve actually been to Emiliana in Chile! It’s a beautiful facility. I fell in love with their Novas Carmenere/Cab blend. So good!

Omg that’s so awesome! I’ve always heard wine from Chili is supposed to be really good! All about the soil and climate for the most delicious grapes.
