When starting this blog almost three years ago I had NO idea it would turn into one of my favorite hobbies or that it would make me feel such a strong connection to people. Not just others in the blogging community. But I feel it’s helped me find my voice when speaking about my passion of living healthy lifestyle with family and friends. And I wanted to create a space where we could all interact by starting a Sweet and Strong Community Facebook Group.
I know many of you don’t always comment on blog posts, even though you are ALWAYS welcome to. I always respond back 😉 And you don’t get any spam by entering your email.
But for those readers that stay quiet in the comments, I wanted to make a group where you could ask questions, share goals, or talk about anything about food, fitness, and life.
No matter where you are on your health journey, whether it be you’re just starting out trying to make healthier food choices, find a fitness routine you enjoy. Or if you just need the support to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You are ALWAYS more successful when you have a support system, and that’s why I have created the Sweet and Strong Community Facebook Group. Being connected on a social media platform like this can help so many people keep to their health and fitness goals which are incredibly important. I want to reach as many people as possible. Some blogs/groups will look at how they can buy Facebook page likes to grow their visibility, I haven’t gone to that just yet but I want to encourage people to take a look at our page and see for themselves how it can help.
Every week I plan to share health articles, ask questions, and will encourage you get to know the members of the group as well. Ask questions, share what you’re having for dinner, or an awesome workout you tried. It’s different than the Sweet and Strong Facebook Page as I want you all to interact with one another.
