Right, Spring/Summer just fly by, gotta cherish the nice weather. Well for you, you probably prefer to opposite seasons because they’re cooler in AZ, lol.

Looks like a great week of meals. Last night we had a delicious salmon dish. I am hoping to get back into yoga this summer.

Hi Sandra! Salmon is one of my favorite meals, so many different ways you can cook it. And I too have been trying to do yoga at least once a week, it’s tough though because I prefer cardio and strength training. But I know it’s important. Good luck!

Your meals always look so good! I think my favorite thing to grill in the summer is veggies, salmon or fruit! And I haven’t tried any new workout classes lately, but i want to! Any recommendations?!

Love grilling all of those as well Samantha! And as for classes I obviously love BodyPump because that’s what I teach. I would see if any local gyms offer that. I love finding fitness studios as well that specialize in specific classes like a spin or yoga/pilates studio. Let me know what you end up trying!
