Last week I traveled on Thursday to Ohio for one of my girlfriends bachelorettes. We stayed near Hocking Hills in a cabin for the weekend. The host organized Giant Eagle Catering meals, which worked perfectly since there were 20 girls staying in the cabin. It was a nice break from cooking for me, but of course I get excited to get back into the kitchen.
Weekly Menu Recap
Monday: Salmon and Roasted Vegetables
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Shish Kabobs with veggies and rice
Wednesday: Leftover Spaghetti Squash Taco Bake
Friday: Stuffed Shells
Saturday: Chicken Fingers, Mac n’ Cheese, and green salad
Sunday: Sweetgreen Salad
Desserts last week were my Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites and we had Nice Cream (nitrogen ice cream) on Sunday night to beat the heat.
Weekly Workout Recap
Uh well last weeks workouts aren’t too exciting since for one I hurt my back the previous week and have been trying let myself heal. It worked out well though because I was also traveling I didn’t have a chance to hit the gym anyway. I so however always try to at least get out and walk around a bit when traveling.
Monday: Took a 45 minute Spin class at World Gym
Tuesday: Taught a one hour BodyPump class
Wednesday: 2 mile walk
Thursday: Did this 30 minute yoga video
