Hello friends and Happy Friday! We’re currently on our way to Ohio for our final Summer road trip. One of my best friends from college is getting married on Saturday! Anyways it’s been awhile since I’ve shared a few of the things I’ve been loving lately in food, fitness, and life so we are long over due for a Friday Favorites.
To be honest I’ve never been one to take many vitamins or supplements as I try get most of my nutrients from real foods. But even for the healthiest of people I know that can be impossible. Taylor Swift Concert
On Tuesday a few girlfriends and I attended the Taylor Swift Concert at Fed Ex Field and we had a blast! It was my first concert in quite a while and first EVER Taylor Swift concert. She was absolutely amazing live, I enjoyed every minute of it and can’t get her songs out of my head (which I’m totally not mad about). Many of you replied to my Insta Stories saying that you’re going to see her this Summer and you’re definitely in for a great show!
Watermelon Wonder Kombucha
I am obsessed with this Watermelon Wonder flavored GT’s Kombucha. It reminds me of the watermelon Bubbalicious flavor, but of course it’s made with real ingredients. Kombucaha is fermented tea that helps support a healthy gut. It definitely has an acquired taste at first, but it’s something I’ve gotten used to. And I now enjoy a serving daily with my lunch or mid-afternoon.
Can grilling season please last forever! In case you’ve missed it each week I’ve been posting our weekly menu (find all previous posts here) and these Greek Yogurt Marinated Chicken Skewers made it on the menu again this week because we enjoyed them so much. I picked up the chicken from Hancock Family Farms and the veggies for the kabobs at the local farmers market. Delicious!
