Last week was our first week with students and literally just feels like a total blur now, ha!  I’m always all about meals already prepped or quick 20 minute dinners during the busy work.

Weekly Menu Recap

Monday: Greek Chicken Kabobs with Rice

Wednesday: Cauliflower Fried Rice with Ground Turkey

Thursday: Beef Bolognese with Banza Chickpea Pasta
Friday: Leftover Bolognese
Saturday: Flatbreads, I used this recipe for the dough, and made a BBQ Chicken, Roasted Garlic, Chicken, Mushroom, and a Breakfast Flatbread with Brussels, Bacon, Mushrooms, and added 3 eggs at the end (this one was our favorite)
Sunday: Paleo Chicken Tenders with Roasted Vegetables

And for desserts my Protein Brownie Bites and these Chewy Fudgy Brownies Sunday night, craving chocolate apparently.

Weekly Workout Recap

Back to a normal week of teaching three group fitness classes for the week.  It was nice to do   a mix of group fitness at the beginning of the week and solo workouts on Friday and Saturday.  Sunday I couldn’t’ take my usual walk outside because it was raining so I took my current read over to the gym and read on the treadmill as I walked on the incline.  I have a feeling I’ll definitely want to keep that up over the winter months.

Monday: Taught a 45 minute Cardio Conditioning Class
Tuesday: Taught a one hour BodyPump Class 
Wednesday: Taught a 30 minute Total Body Weight Training class
Thursday: Did this Yoga Video and took a 2 mile walk with a friend
Friday: Did a 2 mile run/walk on the treadmill and an AB Circuit
Saturday: Did a Lower Body Workout of front squats, single leg deadlifts, band side to side squats, band hip bridges
Sunday: 2 mile walk on the treadmill while reading A Simple Favor
