We are officially in the swing of things with back to school morning and workout routines and getting the meal prep done each week. And even though it’s not quite the start of Fall I am planning all the Fall meals and desserts because I just LOVE the season!
Weekly Menu Recap:
Monday: Salsa Chicken with peppers, onion, and mix of cauliflower rice and jasmine rice
Tuesday: Fish Tacos
Wednesday: Fall Harvest Salad Bowls
Thursday: Clean out the fridge, a Dr. Praegers Veggie Burger, Eggs, and Roasted Veggies
Friday: Leftover Chicken Quinoa Enchilada Bake
Saturday: Turkey Chili and Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread for dessert from the Sally’s Baking Addiction Cookbook
Sunday: BBQ at the county fair and Ice Cream for dessert
Weekly Workout Recap
Workout have been pretty much the same since starting back at school. Hoping to switch up the end of the week a bit more often though so tell me about a workout you’ve been loving lately for some inspiration!
Monday: Taught a 45 minute Cardio Conditioning Class
Tuesday: Taught a one hour BodyPump Class
Wednesday: Taught a 30 minute Total Body Weight Training class
Thursday: Did a 3 mile run/walk on the treadmill followed by some Foam Rolling
Friday: Did this yoga video
Saturday: Did a Lower Body Workout of front squats, single leg deadlifts, band side to side squats, band hip bridges
Sunday: 2 mile walk outside
