Weekly Menu Recap
Have I mentioned how much I love leftovers or quick 20-30 minute dinners during the busy work week?!? I’m also obsessed with chickpea pasta and Rao’s tomato sauce (all clean ingredients). I usually like to make my own sauce, but it’s nearly impossible during the week.
Monday: Leftover Turkey Chili I shared the ingredients in this Instagram post.
Tuesday: Beef and Broccoli with jasmine rice
Wednesday: Salmon with brown rice and roasted vegetables
Thursday: Banza Chickpea Pasta with Rao’s sauce and an Aidell’s chicken sausage with arugula
Friday: Leftover Beef and Broccoli
Saturday: Cubano Sandwiches with leftover smoked pulled pork
Sunday: More Turkey Chili 🙂 It was a cold and rainy day, perfect weather for it

Weekly Workout Recap
This seems to be the routine lately with teaching three classes a week then needing some recovery. When I teach my Monday and Wednesday classes I create the routines, so we do a variety of exercises for a total body workout.
Monday: Taught a 45 minute Cardio Conditioning Class
Tuesday: Taught a one hour BodyPump Class
Wednesday: Taught a 30 minute Total Body Weight Training class
Thursday: Did a 3 mile run/walk on the treadmill followed by some Foam Rolling
Friday: Did this yoga video
Saturday: Practiced the newest BodyPump Release
Sunday: 2 mile walk on the treadmill while reading The Wife Between Us
