Speaking of Fall foods and flavors I could never pick between pumpkin spice or apple cinnamon, I just LOVE them both so much! Nothing, nothing, beats the spell of these spices baking in the oven.
During the work week I’m always looking for healthier breakfast options I can prep ahead of time and then just reheat each morning. And sometimes I get sick of just eating plain oatmeal. These Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins are made with clean ingredients and certainly don’t lack in flavor. I have been warming two up and topping with some almond butter for a filling breakfast each day.
