Weekly Menu Recap:

Yay I was finally able to use the grill twice this week because it wasn’t raining!  And while visiting my sister over the weekend I picked up some of my favorite bagels to make breakfast sandwiches for brinner one night.  They have ‘flagels’ (flat bagels) which I really like.  We also had a wedding over the weekend.  I always find myself taking a bit of everything to try at Wedding buffets.

Tuesday: Pizza Spaghetti Squash Pie with ground turkey, green pepper, and zucchini
Wednesday: Breakfast Sandwiches on Bethesda Bagels with Roasted Vegetables
Thursday: Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken with cilantro lime rice and grilled veggies

It was also Tom’s Birthday this week so I had a local bakery make us a cake because I knew I wouldn’t have time during the work week.  We had vanilla cake and buttercream frosting from Charles Street Bakery that was amazing and I got some frozen custard from Ritas too.

Weekly Workout Recap:

I’m subbing a few extra classes the next few weeks as one of our instructors is on vacation.  I barely ever do any solo workouts anymore and am loving all the group fitness 🙂

Monday: Taught a 45 minute Cardio Conditioning Class
Tuesday: Taught a one hour BodyPump Class 
Wednesday: Taught a 30 minute Total Body Weight Training class
Thursday: Did this yoga video
Friday: Did a 3 mile run/walk on the treadmill followed by an AB Circuit
Saturday: Taught a 45 minute Cardio Conditioning Class
Sunday: 2 mile walk outside
