Weekly Menu Recap:
Last week was busyyyyy so it was nice that I had some meals in the freezer which made dinners easy. I love these meal prep containers for individual meals. I also have a few larger containers I bought at Targer. All are freezer friendly.
Monday: Tzatziki Salmon with roasted asparagus and potatoes
Tuesday: Leftover Pizza Spaghetti Squash Pie
Wednesday: BBQ Chicken, Cauliflower Mash, and Leftover Zucchini Potato Tots
Thursday: Banza Pasta Mac & Cheese with steamed Broccoli
Friday: Leftover Copycat Chipotle Chicken Bowl from the freezer
Saturday: In Columbus, OH for the Buckeye Game so ALL the football snacks and appetizers
Sunday: Crockpot Chicken Chili
And for dessert we had these Brownie Bites I posted on Instagram and Sunday I made some Spider Web Brownies for a little festive Halloween treat.
Weekly Workout Recap:
I am definitely feeling the fact that I didn’t do any stretching or yoga last week, I think I need to pick up my Foam Roller soon. But it was great to get back into workouts this Monday after a quick trip and some rest days over the weekend.
Monday: Taught a 45 minute Cardio Conditioning Class
Tuesday: Taught a one hour BodyPump Class
Wednesday: Taught a 30 minute Total Body Weight Training class
Thursday: Did a 2 mile run/walk on the treadmill followed by an AB Circuit
Friday: Practiced a BodyPump Video
Saturday: Travel Day, Rest
Sunday: Travel Day, Rest
