Weekly Menu Recap

It’s officially Fall and difficult to use the grill anymore.  Which means I’m all about all the crockpot meals.  I made a pot roast at the end of the week that was so ridiculously easy, we’ll definitely be making it again and again!

Monday: Paleo Chicken Tenders with Roasted Veggies and Carrot Farmwise Veggie Fries

Tuesday: Tuna Noodle Casserole with Barilla Chickpea Pasta and spaghetti squash
Wednesday: Chicken Apple Sausage, Sweet Potatoes, and Brussels Sprouts Bowls

Friday:  Leftover Whole Roasted Chicken from the Whole Smith’s Cookbook, Rice and Broccoli
Saturday: Pizza Night
Sunday: Crockpot Pot Roast, Chunk Roast from Hancock Family Farms with carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, broth, red wine, garlic, and thyme.

And for dessert these Pumpkin Crumb Cake Muffins.

Weekly Workout Recap

Pretty soon I’m going to start modifying my workouts even more than I have since I started trying to get pregnant.  And I’ll need to start doing some prenatal yoga.  Any suggestions?

Alo Motto Leggings

Monday: Taught a 45 minute Cardio Conditioning Class
Tuesday: Taught a one hour BodyPump Class 
Wednesday: Taught a 30 minute Total Body Weight Training class
Thursday: Did this yoga video
Friday:  Did a 2.5 mile run walk followed by some standing AB exercises
Saturday: Practiced BodyPump 107 for the launch this week
Sunday: Took a 2.5 mile walk outside with a friend

    Congratulations again, mama! 🙂 Hope you’re feeling better than you were in the beginning! I’ve been doing a lot of crockpot meals lately too. Simply Quinoa has a really yummy slow cooker lentil sloppy joe recipe worth checking out!
    Body Fit by Amy Youtube Channel has a lot of good prenatal workouts that I used when I was pregnant! She has a playlist you can look through.
