Weekly Menu Recap
With Halloween and a Football game on Thursday night it was a weird week for meals, but I made it all happen. Leftovers and quick dinners to save the day most nights!
Monday: Miso Glazed Salmon from the True Roots Cookbook
Tuesday: Turkey Taco Sloppy Joes
Wednesday: Leftover Turkey Taco Sloppy Joes and Halloween candy of course 🙂
Thursday: Brinner; Eggs, Hancock Bacon, and Roasted Vegetables
Friday: Banza Mac and Cheese and some healthier Halloween treats for dessert.
Saturday: Grils Night Out at Don Taco, Chips and Dips and Tacos a la carte
Maternity Leggings and similar Oversized Sweater
Sunday: Sheet Pan Chicken Tikka and my Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert
Weekly Workout Recap:
Normal week of teaching classes at the gym, plus the BodyPump 107 Launch on Saturday. I really like the new release, have you done it yet? Also here’s Week 16’s Baby Bump.
Monday: Taught a 45 minute Cardio Conditioning Class
Tuesday: Taught a one hour BodyPump Class
Wednesday: Taught a 30 minute Total Body Weight Training class
Thursday: Did a 2.5 mile run/walk and a standing AB Circuit
Friday: Did this yoga video
Saturday: BodyPump 107 Launch at World Gym
Sunday: Took a 2.5 mile walk outside
