Weekly Menu Recap
Major clean out the fridge and freezer week, pretty much every meal was already cooked and I just had to defrost. Gotta make room for all those Thanksgiving leftovers 😉
Monday: Turkey Taco Sloppy Joes
Tuesday: Beef and Broccoli with Brown Rice
Wednesday: Tuna Noodle Casserole with Barilla Chickpea Pasta and spaghetti squash
Thursday: Good Food Made Simple Breakfast Burrito with Roasted Veggies
Friday: Leftover Beef and Broccoli
Saturday: Pasta Bake with homemade Focaccia Bread
Sunday: Crockpot whole chicken with Roasted Veggies
For dessert I made these Date Peanut Butter Cookies and we had leftover Gender Reveal Cake Sunday night.
Weekly Workout Recap:
Normal week of workouts during the week and then I took a Barre Above certification class on Sunday over the weekend. I really enjoyed learning about the Barre sequencing and am so excited to bring it to my local gym!
Monday: Taught a 45 minute Cardio Conditioning Class
Tuesday: Taught a one hour BodyPump Class
Wednesday: Taught a 30 minute Total Body Weight Training class
Thursday: Did a 2.5 mile run/walk and a standing AB Circuit
Friday: Did this yoga video
Saturday: Did this Cardio Workout Video
Sunday: Did a Barre Above Certification training so we did the Master Class plus A LOT of practice
