Patty! I’m so excited you are joining the world of barre teaching! Like I’ve told you before it’s so easy on the body, but effective, it’s the perfect path for you right now during pregnancy and beyond. I hope you tell us more about it! Also, where’s your rest day in that week of workouts, momma? hehhehhe! Happy Friday! Hope you get to sleep, rest, nap and chill this weekend!

I have been loving making large batches of food and freezing half for another week. Such a life saver! I’ve been doing lots of soups or chili and bread or salad for dinner this week. Lots of snow and cold!

Yes I am a big fan of making large batches of meals and freezing them. Soups and chili’s are perfect for that. I’m thinking we’ll need a bigger freezer when baby arrives bc I’ll wanna prep all the meals I can!
