Hello friends and Happy New Year! The last few weeks have been full of traveling and staying busy getting all things baby ready for our little arrival this Spring. Which means I haven’t had much time to sit down and chat food and fitness here on the blog. But I hope you had a great holiday spent with family and friends and like myself are getting back into routine in the New Year.
Rather than sharing a traditional Food and Fitness Week in Review with you today I wanted to make a list of my favorite healthy recipes I made over and over again this past year while meal planning. This will also help me keep them all in one place, hehe.

And of course of my Healthy Recipes on the blog are always on repeat for dinner like Grilled Jerk Chicken, Taco Bowls, Enchilada Bake, and Turkey Cauliflower Rice.
As you can see most of our meals contain animal protein, I do always use high quality organic poultry and seafood and organic and grass-fed beef. One of my goals in 2019 is to plan one meatless meal a week, but I haven’t been too successful yet…..
Have a great weekend!
Questions of the Day:
Do you meal plan?
What’s one meal always on your menu?
What’s your favorite Meatless meal?
