Hi friends. So so much to catch up on I honestly don’t even know where to begin. First and foremost I hope you and your families are staying safe, staying home, and staying healthy during this time.
We have been off work for almost two weeks now and really trying to do our part of social distancing. I have only gone to the store, otherwise we have been staying home besides a daily outdoor family walk. I figured NOW is more a time than ever that you all may need the meal and workout ideas. So as I hopefully start getting back into blogging here in the next few weeks lets kick things off with a Food and Fitness Week in Review.
Monday: Leftover Barbacoa Tacos
Tuesday: Corned Beef and Cabbage for St. Patricks Day
Wednesday: Burgers and Roasted Veggies
Friday: Homemade Fish n’Chips, Beer Battered Fried Haddock and Fries with Coleslaw
Saturday: Chicken Shawarma Bowls
Sunday: Smoked Chicken and Homemade Broccoli Potato Tots
And throughout the week we had these Giant Bakery Style Cookies and Cinnamon Rolls for dessert.
Weekly Workout Recap:
With all gyms being closed that means I won’t be teaching group fitness classes for awhile. Luckily we have a bit of a home gym set up in our garage and I’ve been taking advantage of free video subscriptions during this time.
Monday: Found out gyms were closing and the class I teach would be cancelled so did a 3 mile run

Wednesday: Cardio and Lower Body Partner Workout

Saturday: Did a System of Strength In The Mix Video
Sunday: Took a 2.6 mile family walk through Laurel Springs
