These No Bake Brownie Protein Bites are made with just a few simple ingredients and will provide you energy for throughout the day or curb your sweet tooth. And you can't beat the delicious chocolate brownie flavor.

  • 1 heaping cup pitted large Medjool dates
  • ½ cup roasted almonds (I use unsalted and add sea salt)
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Whey Cocoa and Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Add dates to a small bowl and cover with water. Let sit for 20-30 minutes then drain the water.
  2. Add dates and almonds to the bowl of a food processor. Process for about 1 minute or until dates and almonds come together. The almonds will still be slightly chunky.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl of the food processor; almond butter, collagen whey, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  4. Pulse until a dough forms. If the dough isn't sticking together then add 1-2 tablespoons almond milk or water.
  5. Roll into medium sized balls. I measure out 1 tbsp, you could also use cookie scoop.
  6. Store in the fridge.
