These Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites are made without refined sugars, flour, or eggs and Vegan, Paleo, and Gluten-Free. The perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup cashew butter
  • ¼ cup ghee or coconut oil melted and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix well until the dough starts to come together, I find it best to use my hands or a spatula.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Measure one tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball, and repeat. Makes about 20-24 cookie dough balls.
  4. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
